My journey to becoming a certified nutritionist began after the birth of my daughter. Wanting to provide her with the best possible nutrition, I delved deeply into understanding how food impacts our health and well-being. This newfound passion led me to enroll in a comprehensive three-year certification course in nutrition.

As a new mother, I faced the challenges of managing my weight and stress after giving birth. Through my studies, I discovered effective, holistic approaches to weight loss and stress management, which not only benefited me but also sparked a desire to help others facing similar struggles.

My focus on nutrition became even more crucial as my daughter grew and pursued her dreams of becoming a junior national athlete.
